Follow the prompts to schedule your Home Inspection, and check my availability. I typically stay scheduled out between 10-14 business days.
I perform one home inspection daily, starting at 9 am. I do this as I never want to feel rushed to complete an inspection, your potential home deserves my full attention.
Inspections typically last between 2.5 – 4 hours, dependent upon the age, size, and condition of the property.
- Pricing is based on the finished square footage and age of the home. Base fees apply to homes under 1500 sq ft and built within the last 25 years. The cost shown for the inspection may change if the square ft² is found to be different than what was defaulted.

- You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of scheduling that will include a link where the contract can be signed and payment can be made. These items will need to be completed to confirm the inspection.
