Schedule Your Home Inspection
- Follow the prompts below to schedule your Home Inspection, and check my availability. I typically stay scheduled out between 10-14 business days.
- The Online scheduler will list my available appointments. I typically perform one inspection daily starting at 8:30am Monday – Friday. If I have a smaller inspection scheduled on a particular day, a 12pm appointment may be available.
- For Homes Over 2000 sq ft. please choose an 8:30am appointment only. I only perform one inspection per day on homes over 2000 sq ft. I do this as I never want to feel rushed to complete an inspection, your potential home deserves my full attention.
- Pricing is based on the finished square footage of the home, and the age of the home will come into play on homes over 50 years of age.
- The option to add Radon Testing is available when choosing the Services. Radon testing is highly recommended and more info can be found by clicking here: Radon Testing
- After scheduling your inspection you will receive an email confirming I received your Inspection order. Then once confirmed in my software, you’ll receive another email confirming the Inspection date, time, and address. Also inside of this email will be a link to my inspection agreement that you can sign from your smartphone or a PC, and a link where you can make a payment with a credit or debit card.
